Finding SIVI-FMT-02 of the free validator
Why it matters
Timestamps are exchanged in ISO 8601 with a time zone, so that the order of messages is clear to every party.
Example
What the validator says about a test message:
- What is wrong
- "2027-02-03 08:00" in "creationDateTime" is not a valid date and time.
- Where
- Field "creationDateTime" (Date and time (as timestamp) when the message was created) in the commonTechnical block. Path: commonTechnical/0/creationDateTime.
- How to fix it
- Write the timestamp as YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ (or with an offset such as +01:00), for example 2027-01-31T08:00:00Z.
